Job summary

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loaded book carts to designated areas
• Assist with stacks maintenance: shelf-reading, checking return shelves, and patron work spaces for library material
• Reshelving Morris and Branch Library Materials
• Shift library materials from one location to another
• Assist staff in retrieving Monographs for withdrawal from the library and prepare for transfer
• Retrieve patron requested materials from the branch libraries, and help maintain collections
• Stacks related special projects
