Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling patron interactions and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Supervises front-line desk operations and information services to ensure a positive patron experience.
• Manages equipment loan program lifecycle and inventory, including purchasing and labeling.
• Oversees student employees, scheduling, training, and performance documentation.
