The Library Program Coordinator – Facilitiesisresponsibleforsupporting key service areas at Main Library,including special exhibits and large-scale programs, privateeventrentalsand customer servicesupport throughoutthebuilding. The Library Program Coordinator acts asaliaisonfor Main Library vendors and partners, includingthecafe operator,securityand janitorialservice providers,and theLibrary’scontracted events rental manager. Thispositionworks collaboratively with partners atImaginOnandtheTheaters at Spirit Squaretodeliver quality customer experiencesacross all venues.The Library Program Coordinator serves asaManager-on-Duty for Main Library; experiencewithcash handling,eventmanagement and facility operations preferred.
Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience managing complex programs, particularly coordinating large-scale community programs with multiple stakeholders; strong communication skills
