The City of Coppell is seeking a dynamic Library Manager to lead the Cozby Library & Community Commons and guide a talented team of library professionals. You will shape a culture of trust and empowerment while advancing high-quality services for the Coppell community.

As a people leader, you will drive strategic direction, support staff development, and partner with City leadership to ensure library programs meet evolving community needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• A valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record and clean background.
• Master’s degree in Library Science (ALA-accredited) preferred.
• Experience in operating library services in municipal government setting preferred.
