Laramie County Library System is seeking a PC Support Technician to empower staff and patrons with secure, reliable technology. Join a collaborative team delivering timely assistance, training, and issue resolution to keep library services running smoothly.

You'll install and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and networks, support Microsoft OS and Teams, manage inventory, and contribute to long-term planning with practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years of relevant experience and IT certification or equivalent.
• CompTIA A+/Server+/Security+/CySA+ or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff and patrons with technology questions and access to library systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and inventory technology equipment including workstations and peripherals.
• Support network, internet, and system connectivity needs and assist with issue resolution.
• Develop training materials and guidance to help users use digital tools effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality, security, and compliance of technology systems and data.
