Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to seek clarification when needed.
• Be a self-starter and work without continuous direct supervision.
• Experience in interior and exterior maintenance including landscape, mechanical, janitorial, and handyman services.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular and routine inspection and preventative maintenance of the Library's building systems.
• Assists Manager in minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, and plumbing repairs.
• Maintains inventory of all cleaning and building supplies.
