Job summary

Pueblo City-County Library District is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative, Level 2, to provide friendly, efficient service at the Pueblo West library. The CSR 2 helps patrons locate materials, use library resources, and promotes library programs.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the role emphasizes clear communication, assistance with self-checkout, and maintaining a welcoming, accessible environment for all patrons in a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Requires proactive customer service with a positive library image.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at point of need and greet customers
• Promote circulation and program attendance
• Process materials quickly and return to proper location
• Resolve customer issues within library policies
• Instruct on use of library computers, devices, and e-resources
• Maintain clean, neat shelves and display materials
• Support safety and inclusivity guidelines
• Participate in meetings and training to stay current
