Job summary

The University of Texas Libraries is seeking a Content Management RAMP Student Associate (Work Study) to support daily processing and acquisitions operations. This on-site role at the Perry Castañeda Library involves handling physical resources, applying processing elements, and routing materials within the library system.

Working 10 hours per week, you will contribute to end processing, inventory, and general duties.

Qualifications

• Current UT Austin student with a Federal Work Study award (required)
• Detail oriented and able to work independently (required)
• Familiarity with a library environment (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform end processing for library physical resources by applying stamps, security strips, spine labels, and other processing elements.
• Unpack and process materials in the library management system and route materials to appropriate locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
