Job summary

The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library is seeking a community-minded leader to serve as our Community Engagement Division Manager. This full-time role directs outreach programs, partnerships, and community initiatives to strengthen the library's presence throughout the region.

The ideal candidate holds an MLIS from an ALA-accredited program, has managerial experience, and can work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a MLIS from an ALA-accredited library program and has progressively responsible managerial experience.
• Strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and organizations are required.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Community Engagement division staff and provides leadership, coaching, and professional development.
• Executes outreach strategies and oversees partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Plans and delivers programs for all ages and coordinates community events and educational presentations.
