Tulsa City-County Library's Hardesty Regional Library in south Tulsa is seeking a dynamic Teen Library Associate to manage the Digital Lounge, drive teen programming, and contribute to the Hardesty 3D Printing Team.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree; no prior experience is required, though library, retail, or customer service experience is preferred. This is a full-time role with a 40-hour workweek and varied schedule.

The Hardesty Regional Library is a 50,000-square-foot, 2-story building located in the heart of South Tulsa, just minutes away from Woodland Hills Mall, plus four local school districts (Union, Jenks, Bixby, and Broken Arrow). Hardesty Regional Library is also the home of Connor's Cove Children's Theater, which features a nautical theme, seats 420, and hosts a variety of family-friendly programming, including musical groups, puppet and magic shows, and author visits.

Salary: $21.10 / hr.
Status: Full Time 40hr./week
Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Rotating weekends: Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Occasional Sundays 12:30 pm - 5:00pm
The job occasionally requires stooping or bending. Occasional light lifting, such as three or four reams of paper, four for five books, or other materials (up to 20 pounds) may be required.
There are occasional minor discomforts from exposure to less than optimal temperature and air conditions. The job may involve dealing with modestly unpleasant situations, such as occasional exposure to office chemicals and/or extensive use of video display terminals.
