Kansas City University (KCU) seeks a Staff Library Support role to assist students, faculty and staff with library catalogs, databases and reference requests. The position emphasizes courteous customer service, information retrieval, and support for loan activities.
The successful candidate will manage catalog and database inquiries, assist with displays and materials organization, and participate in department and university meetings to support academic excellence.
Job Type: Staff Job Description: Provides technical library support as it relates to library catalogs, databases, and indexes and by answering questions that require basic library science knowledge and consultation. Provides professional library services to students, faculty and staff.
