Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Access Services, including circulation, reserves, stacks, study rooms, and staff.
• Manage circulation processes to loan resources to students, faculty, staff, and others.
• Oversee access to general and reserve collections via the library system.
• Maintain stacks and ensure resources are organized and accessible.
• Manage study room access and maintain facilities.
• Supervise staff and student workers, including hiring and training.
• Develop policies for Access Services in consultation with library administration.
• Process fines and fees for overdue items and room keys.
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports for Student Accounts.
• Report circulation statistics to the Dean of Library Services.
