Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage group of 6-8 liability/casualty adjusters.
• Conduct monthly audits with senior leadership to ensure quality and compliance with company guidelines and laws.
• Assist senior management in developing processes and training to improve quality and metrics.
• Provide authority on liability and casualty claims as warranted.
• Ensure adherence to company reserving practices.
• Manage retention and respond to turnover.
• Manage allocated loss adjustment expenses efficiently.
• Recognize top performers using the reward system.
• Conduct performance management as warranted.
