Responsibilities

• Evaluate liability by statements, police reports, and evidence; negotiate or deny accordingly.
• Assess physical damage and bodily injury claims with estimates, photos, and medical documents.
• Set claim reserves and negotiate settlements within guidelines; ensure timely payment.
