Qualifications

• Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of general liability claims handling and subrogation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex general liability claims to determine exposure and benefits.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and monitor reserve adequacy.
• Coordinate litigation management and vendor referrals as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate state filings and client communications.
