Qualifications

• Experience managing relationships with external adjusters, attorneys, and insurance partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee professional and general liability claims, including liability assessment, reserves, and defense strategies.
• Supervise outside adjusters and attorneys to align with company protocols and legal standards.
• Establish and implement protocols for CP events, claims, and litigation per company policies.
• Analyze claims data to identify patterns and trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to monitor claims and resolve complex liability issues.
• Ensure compliance with insurance reporting requirements and prepare necessary documentation.
