• Experience in liability/claims handling or supervision is preferred.
• Knowledge of multi‑jurisdictional claim handling and recovery is a plus.
• Ability to work within regulatory guidelines and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle property and commercial casualty claims from intake to resolution.
• Conduct investigations, determine coverage, liability, and damages.
• Enter and manage reserves; negotiate settlements within authority.
• Coordinate with attorneys, adjusters, and vendors; attend mediations or trials as needed.
• Assist with subrogation opportunities and reporting to leadership.
