Qualifications

• Eight (8) years claims management experience including two (2) years supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as required.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for assigned locations/offices.
• Establish policies to ensure compliance with best practices and client requirements.
• Develop business plans with goals for partnership and offices.
• Monitor performance reports and support sales/client service efforts.
• Travel as required.
