Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services is seeking a Claims Manager - Liability | GL & Litigation for multi-state, hybrid work in Minnesota. You will manage technical and operational functions, staff of 25–49, and ensure delivery of high-quality services while adhering to budgets.

Required eight years of claims management experience with at least two years in supervision, plus a bachelor's degree. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum eight (8) years claims management experience including two (2) years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational management for assigned locations/offices.
• Sets policy and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices and client requirements.
• Develops business plans with goals for partnerships and locations.
• Monitors partnership/office performance via management reports.
• Coordinates sales and client service efforts.
