Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least three years of auto claims handling and two years in complex liability issues, with a relevant license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements with required documentation for proper closure.
• Manage low-complexity, attorney-represented injury claims with sound judgement.
• Maintain reserves and diary reviews as per guidelines.
• Use underwriting and policy systems as needed.
• Attend seminars and continuously develop skills.
