Job summary

AvonRisk is seeking an entry-level Claims Representative to investigate, evaluate, and adjust general claims for a major client. You will handle low-to-medium exposure cases, including auto, property, and liability claims, collecting evidence and communicating with claimants.

qualification requirements include a Bachelor's degree preference and 1–3 years in insurance claims. Proficiency with MS Office and conferencing tools is expected. Includes full benefits and a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of insurance claims experience preferred.
• Knowledge of public entity liability claims.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and determine liability and reserve appropriately.
• Interview claimants, witnesses, and medical professionals to gather data.
• Review records and adjust claims within policy and legal guidelines.
• Prepare timely reports for clients and maintain claims files in system.
