DM Injury Law is seeking a Liability Specialist to support liability phases by sending letters of representation, collecting police reports, and obtaining essential documents. You will work with 3-4 pre-litigation attorneys and perform tasks to establish liability efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform 15-20 outbound calls daily to gather information for each case.
• Communicate with insurance companies and open multiple claims via calls and emails.
• Draft and organize letters of representation and records request letters.
• Research businesses and people to gather contact information.
• Gather needed evidence such as police reports, footage, and witness statements.
• Maintain relationships with police department representatives and manage cases for 3-4 attorneys.
