Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial preparation and resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• Attend court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
• Work directly with clients, insurance carriers, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Evaluate liability, damages, and exposure while providing practical legal guidance
