Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Birmingham seeks a Case Manager who is highly organized to support attorneys and manage a varied caseload. You will help develop settlements, prepare documents, and maintain clear client communication.

Ideal candidates are customer focused, empathetic, and able to multitask in a busy legal practice. Remote or hybrid work is not eligible, and teamwork is essential to provide timely case progress.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and able to manage a varied caseload.
• Previous experience as Personal Injury Case Manager or Prelitigation Paralegal preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, attorneys, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with clients by phone and in person.
• Order medical records and coordinate with providers and clients.
• Gather documents to support injury or liability cases and manage file workflow.
• Interact with insurance carriers to obtain records and balances.
• Assist attorneys by preparing documents and case summaries.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to closing.
