Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a highly organized Case Manager to support attorneys, manage a varied caseload, and assist in settlements and document preparation. The role emphasizes client-focused service, empathy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to work with clients and providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily contact with clients via phone and in person.
• Assist attorneys with settlements, documents, and correspondence.
• Obtain medical records and communicate with providers and clients.
• Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records.
• Negotiate settlements and balances with carriers and providers.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to close under attorney guidance.
• Prepare demands and support for carrier submissions.
• Collaborate with coworkers caring for case files and deadlines.
• Present case synopsis to attorneys when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
