Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to support attorneys with settlements, document preparation, and client communication. The role emphasizes client-focused service, organization, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a legal role or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive computer and database experience including Word, Excel, Outlook; typing at least 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with existing and potential clients in person or by phone.
• Order medical records from providers and coordinate with clients and providers during treatment.
• Gather documents to support injury and liability positions.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to obtain records and balances.
• Collaborate with coworkers involved in case management and support.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to close.
• Prepare comprehensive demands and support submissions to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Discuss case summaries with attorneys as needed.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney guidance.
• Perform other related duties to meet business needs.
