Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in claims handling or oversight.
• Experience working with TPAs, defense counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Strong understanding of general liability and commercial auto exposures; tort principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal owner of liability and auto physical damage claims, overseeing strategy, reserves, settlements, and compliance.
• Coordinate with TPAs, in-house counsel, and accidents management partners on litigation and resolution.
• Monitor reserves and financial impact of deductibles, support insurer reporting and governance.
• Advise business stakeholders on claim trends, loss drivers, and mitigation opportunities.
