Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Claims Specialist to oversee corporate liability and auto-physical damage claims, from notice to resolution, coordinating with TPAs, defense counsel, and internal partners.

You will analyze reserves, support budget and regulatory reporting, and guide partners on loss prevention and risk mitigation while balancing cost, reputational risk, and service levels.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in claims handling or oversight.
• Experience with TPAs, defense counsel, and commercial insurers.

Responsibilities

• Own liability and auto/property claims from notice to resolution.
• Coordinate with TPAs, counsel, and internal stakeholders to manage claims.
• Monitor reserves, settlements and litigation plans.
• Support budgeting, actuarial reviews, audits, and insurer reporting.
• Advise business stakeholders on trends and risk mitigation.
