Job summary

Mister Car Wash, headquartered in Tucson, Arizona, is seeking a Claims Specialist to join our Headquarters team. The role oversees general liability and auto physical damage claims, coordinating with TPAs, defense counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant handling.

You will monitor reserves, support workers' compensation and property claims, influence risk strategies, and collaborate with Safety, Operations, HR, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in claims handling or oversight.
• Experience working with TPAs, defense counsel, and commercial insurers.
• Knowledge of general liability and commercial auto exposures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal liability claims including bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury.
• Coordinate with TPAs and counsel on strategy, settlements, and litigation.
• Manage auto physical damage incident activity and repair cycles.
• Monitor claim reserves and regulatory compliance.
