Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Risk Management Specialist to support insurance, claims, and risk programs. You will oversee claims administration, review risk and loss data, and coordinate with brokers and carriers to ensure compliance and cost control.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in risk management, an associate degree in a related field, and experience with RMIS. This role offers growth in a dynamic, Tucson-based environment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in risk management, business administration or insurance preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, insurance operations, claims administration, or related role.
• Experience with RMIS or similar reporting platforms preferred.
• Working knowledge of commercial insurance, claims processes, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee assigned property and other claims programs for timely reporting and resolution.
• Review claim activity and loss information to identify trends and exposures.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve insurance issues.
• Maintain RMIS data accuracy and generate routine and ad hoc risk reports.
• Analyze claims data to identify emerging risk issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support governance, compliance and process improvements across the organization.
