Qualifications

• Requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing capital projects.
• Experience as IPTL (Integrated Product Team Leader) managing budget, schedule and product delivery.
• Earned Value Management certification.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government-issued security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
• PM level 6 certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and generate required eCARs for internal funding authorization.
• Provide technical leadership of each task to align with Governance Council.
• Lead development of multiple EACs and monthly reviews.
• Ensure accurate and predictable monthly financial performance.
• Analyze monthly EV metrics and report to the Governance Council.
• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven financial insights.
