Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering LFA/PCM training in humanitarian or non-profit settings.
• Strong understanding of results-based management and M&E.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to tailor content for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s in International Development or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver in-person and online training on LFA and PCM.
• Develop training materials, case studies, and exercises.
• Provide coaching and post-training guidance.
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback.
• Ensure alignment with adult learning and instructional design.
• Collaborate with project teams to adapt content.
