We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our successful team (luxury sales experience/hospitality preferred but not required). Our team is dedicated to serving our community in an understandable manner while fostering a positive and growing culture. We believe in teamwork, focusing on success, and rewarding performance. You have the opportunity to create your own income based on the value you bring to customers, with high earning potential for sales-minded individuals. Auto Sales Requirements:
  • Self-starter attitude
  • Prioritize the guest experience above all
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn the Lexus line and brand
  • Willingness to learn and succeed within our processes
  • Availability for full shifts on Saturdays and some Sundays
Sales Responsibilities:
  • Calling and following up with potential customers through leads, referrals, and community connections
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships with potential and current customers
  • Understanding and communicating the importance of Lexus to customers
  • Meeting with new and existing customers to deepen relationships
  • Learning and executing our processes while growing and maintaining business
