The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with digital tools, with a strong customer-service mindset and a professional appearance. Salary is hourly with weekly pay, full-time, and Sundays/major holidays off.

• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to educate customers.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations).
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.

Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a Lexus Delivery Specialist to support our Sales Department in delivering world-class customer service and growing the Lexus brand. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and looking to launch or grow a career in the automotive industry.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $17-$18/hour,
• Weekly pay
• Full-time position, closed every Sunday and major holidays

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
