Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking an energetic Full-Time Sales Assistant to support the Sales Department and deliver world-class customer service. You’ll be organized, tech-savvy, and ready to learn Lexus vehicle features.

Daily tasks include assisting with showroom duties, updating social media, answering calls and emails, and helping with vehicle prep and delivery. A professional appearance and team spirit are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery.
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations).
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $17–$18/hour,

• Weekly pay

• Full-time position, closed every Sunday and major holidays

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
