Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leveraged finance experience at law firm or financial institution.
• Experience representing lenders and borrowers.
• Familiarity with acquisition finance and private equity-backed transactions.
• Experience with credit agreements, security agreements, guaranty agreements, and UCC Article 9.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing/drafting skills.
• Virginia bar admission or eligibility.
• General corporate law experience is a plus but not required.

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia, or eligible for admission in Virginia.
