Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in leveraged finance transactions at a law firm or in‑house at a financial institution.
• Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in various financing matters.
• Familiarity with acquisition finance, private equity‑backed transactions, and private credit.
• Experience with credit agreements, security agreements, guaranty agreements, and UCC Article 9.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and drafting skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Virginia, or eligible for admission in Virginia.
• General corporate law experience is a plus but not required.
