What You’ll Do:

• Advise lenders and borrowers across acquisition finance, private equity, and private credit transactions
• Draft and review credit agreements, security agreements, guaranty agreements, and UCC Article 9 documentation
• Build your expertise in a dynamic finance practice at the heart of complex deals

Ideal candidates will have:

• Solid experience in finance law, representing both lenders and borrowers
• Knowledge of acquisition finance and private equity-backed transactions
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting skills
• Licensed in Virginia or eligible for admission
• Corporate law experience is a plus
