Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC is seeking a 4th-5th year Finance Associate to join a Leveraged Finance and Private Equity Finance team, representing sponsors and borrowers in sophisticated financing transactions. You will draft and negotiate loan documents, manage transaction workstreams, coordinate closings, and collaborate with Corporate/M&A on acquisition financings.

Applicants should have 4-5 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and bar admission in DC

Qualifications

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of the office location.
