Medical City Dallas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse NICU (Level IV) for a full-time night shift (7P-7A). Our NICU unit provides advanced care in a high-acuity 108-bed setting with a team-driven culture focused on compassionate patient outcomes.

The role requires ADN/BSN, Texas RN license (or compact), 1 year NICU experience, and current STABLE/PALS/BCLS certifications. We offer robust benefits and growth opportunities within the HCA Healthcare network.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Texas or compact license.
• One year recent Level III or IV NICU experience in an acute care hospital.
• Must obtain STABLE within 18 months of start date.
• Must obtain Neonatal Resuscitation within 6 months of start date.
• PA/ALS certifications as required by role.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and resources.
• Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN scope of practice.
• Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
