Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Level IV NICU Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7P-7A) to join our dedicated team. You will provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity NICU, performing comprehensive assessments and creating care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold ADN/BSN with magnet hospital experience, Texas RN licensure, and NICU-specific certifications (STABLE/NRP/BCLS/PALS).

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN required with 12 months enrollment and 24 months completion.
• Texas State RN license or compact license.
• Minimum 1 year NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital.
• STABLE within 18 months of start, NRP within 6 months, BCLS within 30 days.
• PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within RN scope and policies.
• Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
