Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Level IV NICU at Medical City Dallas. The role supports a high-acuity, 108-bed NICU with a team of dedicated clinicians providing advanced newborn care.

The position requires ADN/BSN, Texas RN license, and NICU experience, with STABLE/PALS and BCLS certifications, and a magnet-hospital environment emphasis on excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN required with 12‑month enrollment and 24‑month completion.
• Texas State RN license or compact license accepted.
• STABLE must be obtained within 18 months of start date.
• PALS certification required.
• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within RN scope and policies.
• Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice.
