Mistras Group Inc. - Services is seeking dedicated Level II RT/CR Technicians local to the Corpus Christi area for a long-term project starting Sept. 2026. Competitive rates and comprehensive benefits.

Location: Corpus Christi, TX. Duration: ~6 months. Start Date: September 2026. Expected Completion: March 2027 (or later). Responsibilities include RT inspections, training, data reporting, and compliance with customer procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of NDT experience required.
• Must have valid TWIC card.
• Must have valid state card.
• Must be able to pass DISA background and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsabilités

• Perform piping/vessel inspections in Fab Shop using Radiography and report findings.
• Train RT assistant, run the film and grade the film per procedures.
• Set up and calibrate equipment and interpret/evaluate results per codes and specs.
• Supervise trainees and Level I personnel on the job.
• Organize and report NDT test results.

Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Duration: Approximately 6 months
Start Date: September 2026
Expected Completion: March 2027 (or later)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

• Perform piping/vessel inspections in a lay down yard (Fab Shop) using Radiography and report findings.
• Train RT assistant, run the film and grade the film per specific procedures directed by the customer.
• Perform to set up and calibrate equipment and interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which qualified and exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job-training and guidance of trainees and NDT level I personnel.
• Organize and report the results of NDT tests.
• Generate NDT data, organize data, and report findings. Evaluate data for disposition.
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED
