Job summary

Acuren is currently recruiting for a Level II RT Technician to support our Corpus Christi operation. This full-time role follows a 4x10 schedule with overtime as needed.

Local candidates preferred; relocation assistance is available for qualified applicants. A TWIC card and Level II NDT certification are required or in progress, with experience in radiography and report writing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or College Degree.
• Proof of classroom hours.
• Proof of experience hours.
• Tx Trainer State Card preferred.
• TWIC Card.
• Must be willing to relocate for full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Perform NDT inspections and interpret results.
• Maintain knowledge of NDT equipment and procedures.
• Prepare and write inspection reports.

LOCATION REQUIREMENTS: We are currently seeking local candidates based in Corpus Christi, TX | South, TX. While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, local availability is preferred due to the nature of this role.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Please note that these are full-time positions; therefore, per diem, travel pay, and mileage reimbursement are not provided.

Length: Full time

Pay: Based on experience and certifications

• Starting ASAP
• Work schedule is 4x10’s with OT as needed
• Local candidates only (no per diem) – Relocation Assistance available for qualified candidates
• Must have TWIC card

Must Have The Following QA Documents

• High School Diploma/GED or College Degree
• Proof of classroom hours
• Proof of experience hours
• Tx Trainer State Card preferred
• TWIC Card

Skills

Technical background in NDT methods and procedures

Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections

Knowledge of NDT equipment

Experience in report writing

Based in or near Corpus Christi, TX (within approximately a 30-mile radius)

40 Hour Radiation Safety Training preferred

Industrial Radiographer State Card (Trainee status preferred )

Valid TWIC card or be able to obtain.

If not local to the area must be open to relocating for full time position
