Qualifications

• Ability to learn and perform basic machine operation.
• Focus on detail while managing multiple tasks.
• Use or learn to use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Learn speed and feed rate adjustments for machines.
• Work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Identify defects and escalate to management when out of tolerance.
• Record measurements legibly when required.
• Build and maintain good working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Follow EHS rules and regulations.
• Produce parts per print requirements and tooling/fixtures using machinery.
• Measure part dimensions with calipers, micrometers, or similar tools.
• Maintain tools and equipment to maximize tool life.
• Perform safety checks on every machine and keep area clean.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, including special processes.
