Job summary

Greenbrier is seeking a Machine Operator Level C to operate various types of machinery and produce parts within dimensional tolerances. You will select appropriate feeds and speeds based on alloy type to optimize cutting conditions and tool life.

Qualified candidates will follow EHS rules, measure parts, and maintain equipment while supporting a production environment. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic machine operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tapes).
• Ability to learn speed/feeds for machines.

Responsibilities

• Follow EHS rules and regulations.
• Produce parts according to prints and tooling.
• Measure part dimensions with calipers/micrometers.
• Maintain tools and equipment for long tool life.
• Perform safety checks on every machine.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
