Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, child development, or related field with 1,000 hours of experience.
• RBT or BCaBA certification through the BACB.
• Associate's degree plus 2,000 hours, or 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience with ASD or related condition.
• Willingness to complete required EIDBI trainings, including ASD Strategies in Action and EIDBI 101.
• Able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.
