Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Organized and able to complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Willing to learn, receive feedback, and grow professionally.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or ABA/EIDBI is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized EIDBI/ABA intervention services based on each client's ITP.
• Work directly with children and individuals with ASD and related conditions.
• Implement behavioral and developmental treatment strategies.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Participate in supervision as required.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Assist with family and caregiver training when appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate care.
