Job summary

Enlight Autism Center seeks a senior clinical professional to lead the EIDBI team. You will develop and modify each child’s individualized treatment plan, deliver interventions with fidelity, and supervise other providers under the oversight of a Qualified Supervising Professional.

The role requires advanced degrees in behavioral health or related fields, substantial supervised clinical hours, and ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background check.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in behavioral health, child development, or related field.
• ≥2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience with individuals who have ASD or related conditions.
• Experience developing treatment plans and directing other providers.
• Must pass Minnesota DHS background study.

• Currently enrolled in, or graduated from, a master's or doctoral degree program in behavioral health, child development, or a related field
• At least 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience or training with people who have ASD or a related condition, or equivalent graduate coursework
• Experience developing treatment plans and directing other providers
• Able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
