  • Provide 1:1, in-person intervention to children with ASD, using evidence-based strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support skill acquisition and reduce barrier behaviors.
  • Provide observation, direction, and clinical guidance to Behavior Technician, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, adjust interventions when needed, and support data-based decision making.
  • Document all services, sessions, and treatment updates in accordance with EIDBI health service record requirements.
  • Provide caregiver training, education, and support to promote generalization of skills in daily routines and home environments.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment during all therapy sessions, whether delivered in the home setting, or via telehealth.
  • Communicate regularly with team members and Behavior Technicians to review progress, share recommendations, and support consistent treatment implementation.
